Note, our order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for collection.

International Shipping
Unfortunately we don't offer international shipping at this point.
Late Returns Policy
In the situation that a device return is processed beyond a rental booking date, our 'Late Returns Policy' will be applied. Rental products returned outside of the booked rental period will incur daily rental charges, which will be deducted from the deposit payment.
E.g. For a rental booking date 1st-3rd at £20/day
- Device posted on the 3rd - No charges apply and transit time is included in the booking
- Device posted on the 5th - A daily rate of £20/day will be applied, therefore £20 x 2 = £40 deducted from the rental deposit
